Simply head into your account settings, go to billing, and change your plan from there. You won't see the option for the FREE plan, only the essentials plan, but you will get access to the free plan when you cancel by default.

However, within the system there are optional in-app purchases you can make including Whatsapp. In addition, when you send emails and sms messages a wallet charge of £7.65 is triggered to cover your sms & email costs. We cover that for you however, if your balance hits zero before the next rollover of complimentary credits we give you, the wallet will be topped up automatically by your card on file. This covers over 14,000 emails. If you want to enjoy the benefits of sms simply buy a number from as little as £1.10. Some AI features incur an additional charge but all charges are displayed before purchase and are completely optional additions alongside the hundreds of features that are already included in your monthly subscription.

If you cancel your membership, you still get to keep your access to any bonus courses included in the launch, however, you will lose access to the CRM/account management system, VIP community, any websites, funnels and landing pages you have built and access to your VIP resources with masterclass recordings will also be revoked. You can still access everything for up to one month after you cancel. If you downgrade from VIP Access to the Growth plan, you will lose community access and your VIP resources with masterclass recordings but will still get to keep your landing pages, websites, funnels etc.
