FAQ
Am I tied into any contracts?
Absolutely not! You can opt to join the FREE membership or downgrade to the Essentials package anytime you want. Simply head into your account settings, go to billing, and change your plan from there. You won't see the option for the FREE plan, only the essentials plan, but you will get access to the free plan when you cancel by default.
What happens if I can't make the weekly live calls?
Don't worry if you can't make the live calls, I get it, I'm a VA too! We have clients that need us so we can't always be available. You will get all the recordings added to your VIP resource area.
I don't have a clue how to get started working with associates, will there be any support on that?
Yes! When you join the VIP membership, you're given the exact process of onboarding associates with comes wich training on the best practices and strategies I've used to build the awesome, loyal team I have today.
I love the sound of the membership, but I don't think I need the account management system, can I have one without the other?
You get the account management system (CRM) as part of your membership, whether or not you use it is completely up to you, but it's going to make your life a whole lot easier if you do, as all the training and the Talk Through The Tech classes will be specific to the system. Of course, you don't have to use it, you can still get massive value from the live calls and membership without it.
Why wouldn't I just sign up to Go High Level or another version myself?
Good question! Our version of the system has been specifically created for virtual assistants and you won't get that on any other white-labelled version of GHL. Not only will you get the exact workflows and templates I use in my VA agency, you will also get new ones as I create them and during the Talk Through The Tech classes and masterclasses, we'll be training you on eye-opening, new processes and workflows to continue to streamline and scale your VA business. Will you get that direct in GHL? In addition, we're cheaper! GHL subscription is $97 per month.
But I'm rubbish at tech!
The good news is, you get tech set-up and onboarding training as part of your support AND continuous access through the VIP community page. You won't need to be good at tech, not only will you get most of it done for you, but you will also add a new toolkit to your VA arsenal, how to use any GHL platform so you can start offering it as a service to clients!
What if I don't see results?
This isn't a fake results driven membership, it's a community, it's practical advice, it's hands-on support, it's holding your hand as we walk you through the steps and show you the methods, strategies, techniques and tech you need to scale your VA business but how you execute it is up to you. It's going to be your job to put everything we give you and teach you into action.
If I'm too late because the doors have closed, when will they open again?
We anticipate opening the doors every 3 months or sooner if the waiting list gets too full. We want to offer a superior supportive service through our community managers and will therefore review the numbers of members on each launch so we can add more people into the team to support those members as they grow, rather than having too many members and not enough community managers to take care of them. We've seen that with other memberships and it's for that reason we have a closed door policy.
Are there any additional costs?
Your subscription to the Essentials growth package and the VIP Access includes unlimited contacts, users and emails, there are no hidden costs. However, within the system there are optional in-app purchases you can make including Whatsapp. In addition, when you send emails and sms messages a wallet charge of £7.65 is triggered to cover your sms & email costs. We cover that for you however, if your balance hits zero before the next rollover of complimentary credits we give you, the wallet will be topped up automatically by your card on file. This covers over 14,000 emails. If you want to enjoy the benefits of sms simply buy a number from as little as £1.10. Some AI features incur an additional charge but all charges are displayed before purchase and are completely optional additions alongside the hundreds of features that are already included in your monthly subscription.
What if I'm not UK based?
We welcome VAs from all over the world! No matter where you are, you're welcome to join the I Am More Than A VA Community.
What happens to my access to the courses if I cancel?
If you cancel your membership, you still get to keep your access to any bonus courses included in the launch, however, you will lose access to the CRM/account management system, VIP community, any websites, funnels and landing pages you have built and access to your VIP resources with masterclass recordings will also be revoked. You can still access everything for up to one month after you cancel. If you downgrade from VIP Access to the Growth plan, you will lose community access and your VIP resources with masterclass recordings but will still get to keep your landing pages, websites, funnels etc.
